Wow! I saw an email earlier today about this ebook and I immediately downloaded it and read it tonight. I mean, I just finished it. I adored her book PASSION and especially loved PATIENCE. Her stories are about living life to the fullest. Although her books are sensual, they are also centered around FAMILY, FOOD, FRIENDS, FAITH and FIDELITY also. This book was novella length, and did NOT disappoint. I really fell in love with the honesty of the characters and the classic Rapunzel story retold. I've been looking forward to her next book PRIMROSE and I don't care WHEN she finishes it, I like Matthew (from PATIENCE) will wait for her to finish PRIMROSE in her own good time. She is my all time favorite romance novelist and I trust that she won't put a book into the world until it is JUST RIGHT. What a lovely surprise to get this unexpected ebook.Product details

Lisa Valdez is the queen of writing a HOT story with a lot of emotion. This is a short story but it has every element that it needs. It is fun and very hot. Yes, the f*bomb is used a lot but in an odd way it fits the story perfectly! Highly recommended!
I liked this version of Rapunzel, I'm glad to see that after so long Lisa Valdez still knows how to write a steamy story lol I'm trying to be patient for her newest book coming out I know it'll be great!
This managed to draw a few tears out of me cause of the ending, it has lots of steam too so just be warned ;)
So this is for Adults. Who can deal with some language. And sex. But it's a good story and it was nice to see something new from Ms. Valdez. If you've been around since "Passion," you know you've got to have Patience waiting for new work. Buy it all.
This retelling of Rapunzel with an erotic spin is definitely bedtime story worthy.
I've been followimg Lisa Valdez's works for more than a decade. And while I'm salty that book 3 STILL isn't out, this was a quick, satisfying read to give you a bit of a LV fix. Now if we could just get book 3. I'm pretty sure if book 3 came out, the author would break the internet.
When Lisa Valdez gets her hands on a fairy tale, you know it's going to be smoking hot. And this retelling of the Rapunzel legend doesn't disappoint -- all of Valdez's legendary skills as a storyteller are on display, along with her penchant for super-hot, delightfully filthy scenarios filled with coarse language.
Stay away if erotica isn't your cup of tea. But for those who like their love stories to sizzle, this is a must-buy.
